TimeKey is operated by 303 Bobcat Holdings, LLC ("TimeKey," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how TimeKey collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TimeKey mobile application.
Information We Collect
TimeKey collects only the information necessary to provide app functionality. Information may include:
- Device identifiers used to connect parent and child devices
- Family pairing information
- Task configuration and task completion data
- App access settings selected by parents
- Push notification tokens
- Technical diagnostic information used to improve reliability and troubleshoot issues
TimeKey does not collect the content of messages, photos, emails, or other personal content stored on a device.
Family Controls and Screen Time Permissions
TimeKey uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Screen Time technologies to help parents manage access to selected applications. These permissions are required for core functionality and are only used to provide app access management features requested by the parent.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Connect parent and child devices
- Synchronize tasks and earned minutes
- Enable app access management features
- Deliver notifications requested by users
- Maintain service reliability and security
- Respond to support requests
Children's Privacy
TimeKey is designed for use by families. Parents are responsible for configuring and managing the app on behalf of their children. TimeKey does not knowingly sell personal information from children. Data Sharing
TimeKey does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including cloud infrastructure and notification delivery providers. These providers are only permitted to use information as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of account-related information by contacting privacy@timekeyapp.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Third-Party Services
